It Takes Time

Have you ever noticed the difference between perception and reality?

Particularly when it is a major project.

One project should have taken only a matter of weeks recently passed the one year mark and now is set to do what it should have done from May last year. That is the completion of the book Economic Vision and its' being available to the marketplace.

There is a huge difference between the vision we hold and the process. This becomes even more relevant when others become involved who don't see the vision or comprehend the creative whims of an author, artist or business person.

So finally the book is complete, to the liking of the author and critics who have read it.  The moral of the story is a product or service in the marketplace must have certain standards. Standards which reflect the qualities desired by the founder.

The exercise was a great catalyst for learning some key things that make human interaction effective. These include, patience, tolerance, more effective communication, understanding of issues facing staff and how that impacts on the project and an awareness of their humanity.

Other Expectations.

Another view of expectations and outcomes are the thinking behind it. In working with the "Success Unlimited Team 2011" and employing the principles espoused in Napoleon Hill's best selling "Think And Grow Rich" the effectiveness of time invested in projects has improved dramatically.

As in Dr Price Pritchett's "You Squared," changes in thinking have lead to less mental energy having to be applied, leaving room to enjoy the process. Even down to long road trips now becoming a source of time for learning or even a mental break from computers, mobile phones and work demands.

Being aware of the environment and surroundings makes the trip de-stressing rather than distressing.

When expectations are met or exceeded within a desired time frame life takes on new meaning. It is a challenge met and fulfilled and that in itself leads to a sense of completion, which in turn leads to satisfaction in other areas of life.

Take some time to review the effectiveness of your thoughts and actions, if necessary make changes and act on them immediately. It will make a difference to the quality of life.
